I rang in 1994 at King Arthur's Tournament in Las Vegas at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.  This show featured a medevil style jousting match between various "knights" while we were served a nice dinner consisting of a hen and trimmings.  We were not given any forks or knives since they pretty much used their hands back during the Middle Ages to eat.s
