The night before the Superbowl Party at my house, we had a guy's night out at Council Oak Steak House near me.
Cheers! We had a fun time at Council Oaks at the Hard Rock Fire Mountain Resort and Casino!
I marinated two tri tips for the
Superbowl Party including one with a spicy rub from Georgia nd
one with Jamaican Jerk seasoning
I am getting the Traeger ready here for the meat!
We hired Michele again to work our party and prep the food as well as serve it to our guests.
Joy and I love hiring staff to work our parties since we can relax and enjoy our party as well as our guests company.
Michele is cutting up that delicious tri tip that I put on the Traeger to smoke!
Michele is so sweet. She brought us home baked brownies also at no additional charge. We made sure to tip her well!
We had menus printed up so our guests could order food and drink throughout the game without having to get away from the game!
We had Basil Hayden's Bourbon and Aztecali Anejo Mezcal for our guests. I recently have gotten into mezcal!
Michele is all set up in the kitchen so she can serve the food upon request throughout the game.

The guests are enjoying the party as Michele makes sure everyone is well fed and hydrated!

I did offer some of my more premium liquor bottles for my guests to try also like this Westward Whiskey.
I decided to host a
Superbowl Party in 2022 despite my Cowboys being eliminated in the
first round of the playoffs. Although we hired our usual party
server, Michele, I decided to smoke my tri tip using my Traeger since
the weather was not bad that day. The night before however, we
had our usual guy's night out at a nice steak house since I usually
have friends come up to town from other areas for Superbowl weekend.

On Superbowl Sunday, I smoked two tri tips, and we got the rotisserie chicken already premade from the store. Our party server arrived early to cut up the meat and set up the chafing dishes so she could serve food and drinks once the guests arrived. We had a smaller than usual crowd for our parties, but everyone enjoyed themselves a lot. Please note that Michele wanted to be masked for the event. We are not like the liberal elites who force their help to mask while they enjoy themselves unmasked. Joy and I are not into masking, and we think that everyone needs to make their own choice based on their research and beliefs. That said, the party was fun, and everyone had a safe and great time. It is time for us to all move on from the pandemic and live our lives like we did prior to 2020!
I rooted for the Bengals since they worked hard to get to the Superbowl that year. Also, I was not a big fan of the mandates in LA County. LOL. Throughout the game, Michele kept serving snacks, main courses, and drinks to everyone. I had some expensive Mezcal that my friend brought back from Mexico recently for my guests so whenever we wanted a shot, we just asked Michele. Michele also made us great warm desserts with the brownies she made for us with ice cream on top!
Joy and I definitely recommend hiring staff for parties since one can be more relaxed and enjoy the company of their friends during parties that way! Go Cowboys in 2022 and beyond!
