I am near our seats at Safeco Field for the Rangers-Mariners game.

I got a good picture of one of our outfielders, Nelson Cruz.

There is a retractable dome at Safeco Field that can cover the field if the weather is bad. It hangs over on one of the sides of the stadium when it is not in use.

I flew up to Seattle in September to watch my Rangers take on another AL West Rival, the Seattle Mariners, at Safeco Field. I was able to see Ryan Dempster pitch that day. The Rangers picked up Dempster before the trade deadline from the Chicago Cubs, and he performed well for us. Moreover, I saw Joe Nathan close out the game to earn his 35th save. We won the game by a score of 3 to 2. Go Texas!
